What is AultmanNow?
AultmanNow is a telehealth platform that allows patients to have an online visit with a health care provider 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Originally, the AultmanNow app was created to allow for treatment with a health care provider after office hours. However, due to the risk of COVID-19, many Aultman Medical Group providers and practices have implemented the application to provide continuity of care for their patients.
How does AultmanNow work?
AultmanNow can be accessed by using a computer with a camera, smart phone or iPad tablet. From a computer, visit AultmanNow.com and follow the instructions to create an account. (Be sure to document your password for future use.) If you already have an account, you can log in and click the practice type or health care provider you would like to see.
If you are using a smart phone (iPhone or Android), click here for a complete list of step-by-step instructions.
Why should I use AultmanNow?
AultmanNow allows patients to seek treatment from a medical provider from the comfort of their home. Patients can talk with their provider face-to-face. It also reduces the risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and other viral illnesses.
Can I see my health care provider via AultmanNow?
Yes. Contact your health care provider’s office first to see if he or she is participating in AultmanNow telehealth appointments. A staff member will provide details.
What if my physician is not participating in telehealth appointments?
You can choose any participating provider. After signing in to AultmanNow, select a provider from Urgent Care or AultmanNow Immediate Care.
